This business only cared about their own profits and showed no respect for the customer. When I made the deposit, I clearly asked whether they would return it via bank transfer if we decided not to proceed and didn’t come in person. They said yes, but later forced us to drive two hours to pick it up ourselves.

I had a very disappointing experience. I asked the staff member three times if I could get my deposit refunded over the phone without going there in person, and each time he said yes. But when I called two days later to request the refund, they suddenly told me I had to come in person. I ended up having to drive two hours to the dealership — while I was sick — just to get my money back. And when I was there, the staff did not really care about us and why we’re there!

Excellent customer service by Mr. Patrick Lavallee who was extremely patient with us, answered all our questions, took the time to do multiple test drives during the same visit in order to make sure we make the right decision. We visited so far more than 10 car dealerships and his service was the best by far. He is a very honest sales rep unlike all the other reps out there in the same business who would put you under pressure to decide and push you for the wrong choices just to attain their objectives.
