This business only cared about their own profits and showed no respect for the customer. When I made the deposit, I clearly asked whether they would return it via bank transfer if we decided not to proceed and didn’t come in person. They said yes, but later forced us to drive two hours to pick it up ourselves.
I was interested in one of their used cars for sale. I left two separate messages one day apart and sent 2 e-mails. They never contracted me. If that's what I could expect, I gave up, afraid that these guys will be a headache and a bad experience. They know nothing about first impressions and customer service for ALL customers.
The team; Ludovic, Frederique and Melanie were great people to work with. Grenier Chrysler - Montréal-est had given me great service and an easy experience to purchase a vehicle.

The worst dealership, bunch of scammers.
Bought a brand new car off them. They destroyed my door and does not want to pay for it. Do yourself a favour and never go there and do not deal with YANNICK. None of them are professional.
I had a very disappointing experience. I asked the staff member three times if I could get my deposit refunded over the phone without going there in person, and each time he said yes. But when I called two days later to request the refund, they suddenly told me I had to come in person. I ended up having to drive two hours to the dealership — while I was sick — just to get my money back. And when I was there, the staff did not really care about us and why we’re there!
