Frederique helped me get a decent interest rate, so I appreciate that (5/5). However, my overall experience was very unpleasant. The dealership constantly tries to increase the price with add-ons. They also failed to disclose that the vehicle had been in an accident. They lied & told me that if I didn’t take the extended warranty, my financing interest rate would increase, which is misleading and felt like a pressure tactic to force me into buying extra products. When I tried to remove the warranty, they became very pushy and pressured me heavily (avoid Mélanie). There were also very questionable number manipulations during the process. I made a $500 refundable deposit, and they kept it. Customer service was also lacking & the vehicle was delivered with an almost empty gas tank and only one key, no spare. Overall, the dealership seems much more focused on money than on customer experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this dealership

I had to travel far east of the Island but definitively worth it and easy highway at early hours. They had already made me estimate pricing by phone involving 2 parts on the motor. "oil pan" and "oil cooler". They were honest enough to charge me a bit less at the end which corresponded to their choice of clock time instead. Excellent reception whom was already outside having a coffee at 7 AM(before opening) already pointing me where to park. So COOL

I was interested in one of their used cars for sale. I left two separate messages one day apart and sent 2 e-mails. They never contracted me. If that's what I could expect, I gave up, afraid that these guys will be a headache and a bad experience. They know nothing about first impressions and customer service for ALL customers.

This business only cared about their own profits and showed no respect for the customer. When I made the deposit, I clearly asked whether they would return it via bank transfer if we decided not to proceed and didn’t come in person. They said yes, but later forced us to drive two hours to pick it up ourselves.

The worst dealership, bunch of scammers. Bought a brand new car off them. They destroyed my door and does not want to pay for it. Do yourself a favour and never go there and do not deal with YANNICK. None of them are professional.
