Job Description
Open work orders;
Close work orders;
Prepare next-day appointments and manage courtesy vehicle fleet
Take calls and make appoint ments
-Follow up on parts on order
-Understand and apply manufacturer's warranty including prepaid maintenance plans
-Make extended warranty requests
-Manage multiple computer platforms
Candidates with experience in all types of positions in the automotive industry are welcome.
Job requirements:
Experience within the automotive industry (any type of position);
Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).
We offer permanent employment with a 5-day week (Monday to Friday), no weekends.
